Privacy screens and assembly tents: Two new product lines in the INHAG range

INHAG is expanding its product range with two new lines: mobile privacy screens from the VarioScreen series and assembly tents from the KE and TE series. Both product groups complement the existing range of emergency response tents and are designed for scenarios where a full-scale rapid-deployment tent would be too large.

At accident scenes, crime scenes, and technical rescue operations, shielding victims and emergency personnel from unauthorized viewing and camera footage is becoming an increasingly important operational concern. The VarioScreen privacy screen is designed for this purpose.

The system consists of four 1.8 × 1.8 m panels and, when assembled, forms a 7.2 m long, 1.8 m high opaque wall. The PVC tent fabric is opaque, tear-resistant, and flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102 B1. The fiberglass frame with aluminum ball joints allows for setup by a single person in under a minute. Magnetic fasteners enable attachment to guardrails and metal vehicle surfaces without additional brackets. Stainless steel telescopic poles are infinitely adjustable up to 2.20 m and can be weighted with PVC water bags up to 20 kg.

INHAG offers the VarioScreen in two versions: as a standard system with four permanently connected elements, and as a split version where the system can be separated into two independent halves, each 3.6 m long. The divisible version allows for simultaneous setup by two people or separate use at two locations within an incident site. Both versions are available in white, red, and yellow; custom corporate design versions are available upon request.

Applications: Fire department, police, emergency medical services, THW — on highways, expressways, open terrain, and inside buildings.

Assembly tents – Weather protection for technicians and emergency personnel

For outdoor maintenance, inspection, and assembly work, a full-size work tent is often not the right tool for the job. The KE and TE series assembly tents fill this gap: They can be set up by one person in seconds without tools, are portable in a compact pack size, and are available in a wide range of sizes from 120 × 120 cm to 350 × 350 cm.

INHAG offers two product lines:

The flat-roof KE series includes eight models ranging from 120KE to 350KE, as well as rectangular variants. The 300KE and 350KE models feature a 215 cm headroom, two lockable vents with smoke extraction, and a translucent tent fabric that does not distort colors—a key feature for electrical and cabling work. Starting with the 300KE, the base areas are suitable for setup over excavation pits, shafts, and trenches. The models are available in white, blue, and red.

The pitched-roof TE series comprises three models ranging from 180TE to 300TE. The pitched-roof construction, made of fiberglass poles with no loose parts, allows for setup in seconds and starts at 14 kg in weight for the 180TE. The 250TE can be connected to other tents using an adapter and is designed for setup over construction pits and trenches up to 4 m wide. Zippers on the front and back allow for the routing of hoses, cables, and pipes.

Both series complement the INHAG emergency tent range as a quick, lightweight solution for technicians, maintenance personnel, and emergency responders who need a weather-protected workspace at the scene without having to set up a full-scale emergency tent.
