Our inflatable tents in the PRZ series are widely used by rescue and aid organizations.
These tents have two main advantages:

2-circuit system in the frame:

Due to the 2 separate air circuits in the frame, the tent does not collapse completely in the event of a leak.
In this case, people or objects can still be removed from the tent and repairs can be started immediately.

Self-elevating tent:

Thanks to the two air rollers running lengthways at the bottom, the tent erects itself after unpacking, during pitching. An additional person is not required to unroll and spread out the tent.

Material of the roof and walls:

The material of the roof and walls consists of a high-quality polyester fabric (300 g/m²) which is coated with PVC. The special fabric is:

Waterproof
Rot-resistant (anti-fungal)
Flame retardant (DIN 4102 B1)

Each gable end has an entrance measuring approx. 3.0 x 2.2 m. Each entrance can be rolled up and divided using a zipper system. There are 2 lockable openings on each long side to accommodate cables and heating hoses. The tarpaulin can be manufactured in the following standard colors (similar to RAL) at no extra charge:

White (RAL 9010)
Beige (RAL 1001)

Orange (RAL 2002)
Blue (RAL 5011)
Yellow (RAL 1021)

Scaffolding material:

The scaffolding material is an inflatable shoring system with 2 pneumatically separated safety air chamber systems. Even in the event of a complete loss of pressure in one support frame, the separate chamber system ensures that the remaining support frames remain functional, thus guaranteeing the stability of the entire structure.
The support frame is equipped with 2 inflation valves for inflating and deflating the compressed air and 2 pressure relief valves to prevent over-inflation of the air chambers. The frame is made of black rubberized polyamide fabric on both sides.
In the floor area, fastening straps are arranged at regular intervals on the long sides for anchoring ground pegs. Eyelets for hanging lamps, infusion bottles etc. are attached to all longitudinal and cross beams of the scaffolding.

Floor covering material:

The flooring is made of polyester fabric coated on both sides, color gray. It is flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102 B1 and is firmly sewn to the tent skin.
