Inflatable Double Shower for the Simultaneous Decontamination of Two People
The DD 08 decontamination shower is an inflatable double shower with two completely separate cabins. Both lines can be operated simultaneously and are independently controllable within the water circuit—for controlled personal decontamination with double the throughput compared to a single shower.
Each of the two compartments is 1.80 m long and equipped with five spray nozzles and a hand-held showerhead. The external support frame, made of special fabric coated with PVC on both sides, keeps both compartments dimensionally stable. The roof, sides, and floor are each individually removable and replaceable, allowing for repairs in the field without having to replace the entire system. Water is supplied via a Storz-D coupling.
The DD 08 can be used as a standalone system or combined with decontamination basins from the DB series, decontamination tents from the DZ series, and INHAG pump systems to form a complete CBRN decontamination line with high personnel throughput.
