Service & Repair

Maintenance for all INHAG Tent Systems

INHAG cleans, repairs, and maintains all tent systems we supply—regardless of the age of the equipment. In most cases, photos of the damaged or soiled tent are sufficient for damage assessment. Upon receipt of the documentation, INHAG will provide a non-binding cost estimate. For major repairs, we recommend sending the tent to our facility in Schlüchtern, where the damage will be fully documented and repaired.

Cleaning

Professional cleaning of field tents, decontamination systems, and accessories after use, storage, or contamination. Documentation of the initial condition before and after cleaning, upon request.

Repair & Maintenance

Repair of tears, damaged seams, defective valves, damage to the air chamber, and mechanical damage to the frame and connecting elements. Cost estimate based on photographic documentation or an on-site inspection at the factory.

Replacement Parts

Genuine replacement parts for all current and discontinued INHAG tent systems. From individual valves and air chambers to complete blower sets. Contact the manufacturer directly.

INHAG Service Center Schlüchtern

At the demonstration center in Schlüchtern, tent systems can be tested in real-world conditions before a procurement decision is made—ranging from the inflatable emergency tent series and decontamination systems to complete field hospital configurations. This service is aimed at procurement agencies that wish to set up a system themselves and evaluate it in practice before making a purchase decision. System consulting is included—from water supply at the deployment site to the disposal of contaminated wastewater.
