Special Project: Large Tents and Power Containers

The tent is assembled from three separate parts and connected using a zipper system.

Roof and wall materials:

The roof and walls are made of high-quality PVC fabric with a weight of 850 g/m². This special fabric is:

• Waterproof
• Rot-resistant (anti-fungal)
• Flame-retardant (DIN 4102 B1)

Each gable end has an entrance measuring approximately 1.20 m x 2.00 m. Each entrance can be rolled up using a zipper system. The vehicle door measures 4.50 m wide and 4.35 m high. The door can be rolled up from the ground using a cable system.

On each long side, there are 2 lockable openings for heating hoses and 2 openings for utility lines. The tent also features an opening for exhaust venting.

Frame materials:

The frame system consists of an inflatable support frame featuring three pneumatically separate air chamber systems. The support frame is equipped with two filling valves for inflating and deflating the air chambers and two pressure relief valves that prevent the air chambers from overinflating. The frame is made of 900 g/m² PVC fabric coated on both sides and is high-frequency welded.

Eyelets for hanging lamps, IV bags, etc., are attached to all longitudinal and cross beams of the frame.

Flooring material:

The floor is made of gray polyester fabric coated on both sides. It is flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102 B1 and is securely sewn to the tent fabric.
