Together with the company AXSOL, INHAG has won a tender from the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK).
Under the project title “Mobile vehicle halls with energy containers”, INHAG is supplying three large tents, each of which will be supplied with regenerative power by one of the AXSOL energy containers.
The large tents commissioned here serve as a transfer point for vehicles intended for use in the event of a disaster. These vehicles are handed over to the respective fire departments and rescue units at the equipment warehouse in Dransdorf. The tents are also intended as mobile “vehicle maintenance tents” in order to be able to operate a mobile workshop in the event of major emergencies, for example.
The energy containers are intended for the mobile power supply of the large tents. The project integrates lithium iron phosphate batteries, direct methanol fuel cells, a mobile photovoltaic system and an emergency power generator in hardened 10-foot containers and thus aims to provide a state-of-the-art, innovative type of energy supply. The intelligent, multifunctional energy management system monitors the energy flows of all energy generators and storage units and controls them automatically in order to continuously supply the tent fans, lighting and chargers of the emergency vehicles with energy, even in island mode.
The energy containers are ideally suited for sustainable, resilient use in civil protection and can be used to house vehicles and equipment as well as personnel or refugees.
Other special features of the energy containers we provide include
- An automatic fire alarm system with extinguishing system
- Air conditioning
- Wireless remote monitoring at a distance of at least 100 m
- Protective measures against shelling
